Congratulations Penny! Penny Chase (Howard Hughes Medical Institute) has been selected as the Mid-Atlantic Chapter's 2007 Member of the Year. Penny has a long history of outstanding service to IHRIM and to our chapter, including Chapter Past-President. She was recognized at the IHRIM-MAC Reception at the IHRIM Conference in Houston.
